On August 19, 2025, participants will be invited to meet at the historic fountain located in the main square of the town at 2:00 p.m. Afterwards, they will be accompanied to the large town hall, where they will be offered a welcome aperitif.

On August 19, 2025, around 3:00 p.m., the doors will be open to the public, who will be able to sit down and meet the directors and members of the competing short films. The organization will have the opportunity to conduct short interviews with all the directors and their companions. At the end of each interview, the audience present in the room will be able to raise their hand to interact with the artists. Everything will be coordinated by the organizers. At the end of the event, a small tasting will be offered to all those present.

On August 20, 2025, around 9:00 p.m., at Piazza Michele Pietravalle, the screening of the 10 finalist short films, selected by a quality jury, will begin. The evening will be completely free and open to all. The winning short film will be chosen by a popular jury, composed of film enthusiasts, whose decision will be final and unquestionable.
